I don’t have a Paypal account, can I use my credit card?

It is possible to go through the Paypal Checkout Process using your credit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account. After completing your payment, you will have an option to create an account with Paypal for future purchases.

I don’t have a credit card or Paypal account. What are the other payment options?

You may choose any of our offline/over-the-counter payment options such as:

BDO Cash Deposit/Online Fund Transfer
Cash on delivery (Metro Manila only)
Showroom pickup

I reside outside the Philippines. Do you accept international orders?

Yes.

What are the payment options for international orders?

As of now, we only have PayPal as payment option for international orders.

What courier service will be used to deliver my package?

All domestic packages are handled by LBC Express while international packages will be shipped via DHL or UPS.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fee varies depending on your location. For cities within Metro Manila, estimate shipping fee will be Php 120-345 depending on the size of the parcel.

Do you allow return and exchange?

We allow returns and exchange seven (7) days upon purchase. Please refer to our Return Policy and fill up the Return Form.

Do you have a physical store we can visit?

Yes! Our showroom/store is located at #45 Bb. Ramona Tirona St., BF Homes, Paranaque City.

RETURN POLICY

A Return Form must be submitted within seven (7) days of receipt of package.
Items must be shipped back to our address within three (3) days of submission of Return Form.
Items must be in their original condition.
Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags and labels still intact.
Damaged items due to broken zipper, hook, fastening, buttons, etc. are not eligible for return.
If you return an item that is not eligible for return, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Costs and responsibilities associated with returning an item (i.e. shipping) shall be assumed by you, except only if the items you received are (i) damaged upon arrival or (ii) different from the ones you ordered.
Refunds are made to you in form of Paypal or Bank Deposit refund, free of charge. (PayPal refund is available only if original payment method used was PayPal.)

RETURN PROCEDURE

Submit a Return Form. Please wait for an email confirming your request within 48 hours of submission.
Ship the item back to our Return Address within 3 days of submission of Return Form.
You will receive a notification via email as soon as your Return package has been processed. Processing takes 14 business days upon receipt of your package.
Refund will be made to your PayPal/bank account.
